Limpieza de ductos Panamá

Air conditioning duct cleaning · Panama City

Do you know what is inside your building's ducts?

We inspect with a camera, show you the real condition and clean. In Panama City.

Air conditioning duct cleaning removes the dust, dirt and microbial growth that build up inside the ducts and disinfects their surfaces. It is done with brushing and filtered vacuuming, and verified with an inspection camera.

Before and after

The difference is inside

A clean duct and a dirty duct look exactly the same from the grille. That is why we document it.

Results may vary depending on the condition of the system.

Signs your ducts need cleaning

Problems that airing out does not fix

Damp or stale smell

Caused by accumulated dust and microbial growth.

Complaints of allergies, congestion or irritation

The system may be spreading particles.

Dust that returns soon after cleaning

Points to buildup inside the ductwork.

Stained grilles and diffusers

Dust comes out through the grilles and settles around them.

Less airflow in some areas

Dust buildup blocks the flow.

Rising electricity use with no change in usage

The system works harder.

Why Panama is different

A climate that demands more from the system

01

There is no off season here, and the system runs twelve months in a row.

02

High, sustained humidity turns dust into a damp substrate where mold and biofilm grow.

03

The system never dries out, so the equipment that should filter the air ends up distributing what grows inside it.

How we work

A clear process, designed for buildings in operation

  1. Prior camera inspection to learn the real condition.
  2. Work plan by sectors so operations do not stop.
  3. Mechanical cleaning with brushing and filtered vacuuming.
  4. Grilles and diffusers.
  5. Air handling unit, coil, condensate pan and drain.
  6. Disinfection with a product suitable for ducts.
  7. Verification with a second inspection at the same points.
  8. Report with side by side photographs.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before getting started

With a camera inspection. It is quick, non invasive and gives an objective answer instead of an impression.

There is no universal number. It depends on occupancy, the type of activity, the condition of the filtration and whether the system has had condensation problems. Industry references work on periodic inspection and cleaning when the inspection justifies it, not on a fixed calendar. In Panama the deciding factor is humidity.

No. Work is done by sectors and at an agreed time. Filtered vacuuming keeps the dirt from spreading into the occupied space.

It removes the cause when the source is in the duct or the air handling unit, which is the most common case. If the source is a water leak in the building, cleaning will not solve it and we say so in the report.

We use disinfectants suitable for HVAC ducts. The product used is recorded in the service report.

A blocked duct makes the system work against more resistance, so recovering airflow helps. We do not commit to savings figures, because they depend on each installation.

It depends on the size of the system, its condition and how many sections are accessible. It is quoted after the inspection, because quoting blind leads to estimating too high or too low.

Climatiza works mostly with businesses and also serves residential installations. Tell us what you have and in which area, and we will confirm.

No. Cleaning is recommended when a camera inspection justifies it, for example in the presence of mold, pests or excessive dirt. If the system is clean, we tell you.

Before cleaning, it pays to look. A camera inspection tells you whether you have a real problem and how big it is.
